So I opened up a forumspring account which is basically a way to ask me any questions you’d like. Whether you are a digital photographer who is looking to try out some film, someone whose interested in getting into photography in general, or you have a random question about anything, I am an open book so feel free.
You can even ask anonymously if you’d like so what do you have to lose?

I don’t make it a secret that I’m a huge Portland Trailblazer fan. Tiff would probably say that I’m obsessed. Yesterday they made a trade that I was really happy about because in the short term it really improved our chances of making the playoffs in a very crowded western conference. The only bummer part is they traded away one of my favorite players, off the court at least. I’ve had the opportunity to chat with Travis Outlaw a couple times including at the event I shot for Adidas a little over a year ago which the photo below is from. He was the only somewhat famous person that I’ve met in real life that was totally down to earth and willing to chat. Like really chat. We talked for about 15 minutes about Mississippi and his favorite things about living in the pacific northwest.
Even though he was traded to the lowly Los Angeles Clippers, it’s a contract year for him so I’m sure that he will sign with someone and finally get a contract that matches what he is worth.
Anyway, just thought I’d share and commiserate on Portland losing one of it’s nicest citizens.

I helped with some back up vocals for an upcoming album some buddies of mine were recording. I took some photos for funzies.

As I write this we are in the hospital waiting until our little girl is born so I thought I’d kill some time by posting my latest work. :)
I was recently thumbing through the photography books at Barnes & Nobel and came across a book that I found fascinating. Basically it was a photographers work who had documented the entire life of his children using a photojournalistic style. All of them were unposed and unplanned. He just kept his camera always by his side for when a moment happened. Looking through this book inspired me to document moments through a week in my family’s life. So the next several days I’ll be sharing small little events and moments that make up a typical week for us.
Today is a collection of photos from a moment of complete fatigue. Anyone that has experienced pregnancy or is close to someone that has knows exactly the way Tiff was feeling in her last week of being pregnant.
