Kimberly + Joel Wedding | Portland Oregon Film Photography

It’s couples like this that make my job easy. Not only are they really really incredibly good looking but also some of the nicest and funnest people you could ever meet. My wife knew Joel growing up so I was delighted when they asked me to photograph their wedding. They were married at the LDS Temple in Lake Oswego, Oregon with the reception at a private residence in Tualatin.

PS I know that some of you were aware that almost all of my gear was stolen in the middle of a wedding and, well, it was at this wedding (more on that in a future post). I feel that I need to say that I am so so grateful that Joel and Kimberly were so understanding and nice about such a horrible situation. They don’t make folks better than them. :)

Jenna - I love the dress, especially the lace!!! Is there any way of finding out where the designer got the lace?

ULookNice2Photo - The dress is from a private designer in Park City, UT. :)

matt haines - OMG how awful! As a fellow photographer I cringe at the thought. I have yet (knock on wood) to have experienced wedding-shooter thievery but I know people who have. What did you have stolen? How did you end up with some many awesome images with your gear gone? Oh the agony…yuck.
